Delivery
Delivery of our goods depends on which delivery method you select at the checkout. All deliveries are priced only to cover our costs of Packing and Shipping. We endeavour to despatch all of our orders as quickly as possible.
This will normally mean that items ordered before 13:00 Hrs on a Working Day will be despatched on the Same Day whilst those orders made later in the day will be despatched the Following Working Day. Please Note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as Working Days.
Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday except when it is a Bank Holiday when they will be despatched the following Tuesday. For Special Delivery Orders please see the Royal Mail Special Delivery paragraph below.
Where possible any undue delay for any reason will be notified to you.
If you are a UK resident you can choose between:
- Tracked 24hr (1-2 Working Days)
- Tracked 48hr (1-3 Working Days)
- Special Delivery before 1pm (Next Working Day)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1pm)
This service is tracked and aims to deliver before 1pm on the next Working Day:
Special Delivery Orders placed on a Friday before 13:00 Hrs will be delivered on the following Monday except when it is a Bank Holiday when they will be delivered the following Tuesday. Special Delivery Orders placed after 13:00 Hrs on a Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday except where it is a Bank Holiday Monday Weekend when they will be delivered the following Wednesday.
- Please call us to confirm the availability of any items you wish to order for next day delivery prior to ordering to avoid dissapointment.
- This service also requires a signature on delivery.

If you have provided your email address you will be sent a Tracking Number by email as soon as your Order has been despatched.
If you are Ordering for Delivery to the Republic of Ireland:
For shipment to Ireland we offer a Delivery Duty Paid service for customer convenience which means we take care of the customs and import duty for you. This is automatically added at the checkout. These Orders are sent using a tracked airmail service and typically require 3-5 days.
If you are a European or International Resident:
These Orders are normally sent using a tracked airmail service and typically require 4-5 days for Europe and 9-10 days for the rest of the world. These orders are exempt from VAT and the ordering party will be responsible for paying any customs duties.
Damaged or Missing Goods
In the event that you receive damaged or broken goods please clearly markup any signed for labels to indicate that the goods were damaged upon delivery where applicable. Any damage must then be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and photogrpahs illustrating the extent and nature of the damage must be provided. These are to assist us in making a claim with the postal or courier service. On receipt of the photographic evidence we will look to re-despatch your goods as quickly as possible.
In the event that your goods go missing during delivery, we will follow the procedure given by the delivery company in question. As soon as their pre-defined delivery period has passed we will make a claim with them and re-despatch your goods if required.
